By accessing our website, booking a charter, or participating in any Ultimate VIP Charters experience, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. ‍1. Booking & Payment
a. Reservation Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit has been received and any required charter agreement has been executed.
‍b. Deposit & Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically a percentage of the total charter cost) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
‍c. Accepted Payments
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated during checkout.

‍2. Cancellation & Changes
a. Client Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Depending on when notice is given, cancellation fees may apply and deposits may not be refundable.
‍b. Weather & Safety
Charters operate rain or shine. If weather or safety conditions are deemed unsafe by our Captain or local authorities, we may reschedule your charter or offer a credit toward a future charter; refunds are not guaranteed.

‍3. Services & Itineraries
a. Charter Services
Ultimate VIP Charters provides private yacht charters aboard selected vessels with crew members as indicated in your booking. Charter services may include cruising, sightseeing, swimming stops, and other activities.
‍b. Itineraries
All routes and activities are subject to change based on weather, maritime regulations, and the Captain’s professional judgment.

‍4. Guest Conduct & Safety
a. Conduct
All guests must follow safety instructions from the Captain and crew at all times. Failure to comply, including unsafe or disruptive behavior, may result in termination of the charter without refund.
‍b. Safety Reminders
Guests engage in charter activities at their own risk. Personal conduct that jeopardizes safety is prohibited.

‍5. Damage & Responsibility
‍You are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the vessel or equipment during your charter. Additional charges may apply for repairs or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

‍6. Smoking, Pets & Prohibited Items
‍Smoking may only be permitted in designated outdoor areas. Pets and certain staining or damaging items (e.g., self-tanning oils, confetti) may be restricted; specific vessel policies apply. (Policies may vary by vessel and location — please check your booking details for precise rules.)

‍7. Gratuity & Additional Costs
‍Charter rates may not include gratuities for the Captain and crew, fuel surcharges, provisioning, docking fees, taxes, or other optional services or amenities. You may be responsible for these additional costs as agreed upon in your booking.

‍8. Limitation of Liability
‍Ultimate VIP Charters is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, acts of God, mechanical failures, or third-party actions.

‍9. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to charter operations in the jurisdiction where the charter is issued (e.g., The Bahamas for Ultimate VIP Charters), and any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.
